Stainless steel high-speed pipette machine integrates paper, gluing, winding and cutting. It is equipped with CNC multi-knife cutting system. It can cut finished paper pipes on-line. It is suitable for producing various types and specifications of paper pipettes, such as 5mm in diameter, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and so on. The production capacity is 35-50m per minute.
 
The machine is controlled by PLC , the main machine is equipped with frequency conversion and speed regulation (using Schneider frequency converter), and the man-machine interface is a touch screen. The setting is simple and the operation is convenient.
 
The cutting part adopts servo multi-knife cutting system, servo motor synchronous tracking cutting , higher precision, time-saving and efficient.
